How your DRACPL ERP subscription is activated after payment.

DRACPL ERP is a 100% digital software service (SaaS). There is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery address required. Access is granted digitally upon payment confirmation.

1. Subscription Activation

If your subscription is not activated within the timeframes above:

  1. Check your registered email (including spam/junk folder) for a payment confirmation.
  2. Log in to dracpl.com/erp and check My Subscription.
  3. If still not activated, contact us immediately at support@dracpl.com or +91 80000 00000 with your payment reference number (UTR/transaction ID).

We resolve all activation issues within 4 working hours on business days.

If your payment was deducted but subscription was not activated after 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
