Delivery Policy — DRACPL ERP

    DRACPL ERP is a 100% digital software service (SaaS). There is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery address required. Access is granted digitally upon payment confirmation.
  

1. Subscription Activation

Razorpay (Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallet)	Instant — within seconds of payment
UPI Direct (via QR / UPI ID)	Within 15–30 minutes after UPI confirmation submitted
NEFT / RTGS / IMPS	Within 2–4 working hours after bank transfer verification
Cheque / DD	Within 2 working days after cheque clearance

2. What You Receive

Upon successful payment and subscription activation, you will receive:

✅ Immediate access to your DRACPL ERP account at dracpl.com/erp
📧 Confirmation email with subscription details sent to your registered email
🧾 GST Tax Invoice for the subscription amount (sent within 24 hours)
📋 Subscription details visible in My Subscription page in the ERP

3. Non-Delivery / Activation Issues

If your subscription is not activated within the timeframes above:

Check your registered email (including spam/junk folder) for a payment confirmation.
Log in to dracpl.com/erp and check My Subscription.
If still not activated, contact us immediately at support@dracpl.com or +91 80000 00000 with your payment reference number (UTR/transaction ID).

We resolve all activation issues within 4 working hours on business days.

If your payment was deducted but subscription was not activated after 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

4. No Physical Delivery

As DRACPL ERP is a cloud-based SaaS product:

There are no physical products to ship.
No delivery address is required for any subscription.
Service is accessible from any internet-connected device worldwide.
All software updates and new features are delivered automatically — no downloads required.
